Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During product launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Pivot Ave is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes or replacements.
International Shipping
At this time, Pivot Ave ships within the United States only.
